When is your next available build slot?
Our lead times vary, so it’s best to get in touch for the most up-to-date information. Generally, there’s a minimum wait of around three months, though sometimes earlier slots open up or new bookings extend the queue.
How do I book a slot?
You can reach us by our contact form. We’re happy to talk through our process, offer advice, and help you select options. Once we’ve finalised the details, we’ll give you a fixed quote. If you’re happy to go ahead, a £1,000 deposit will secure your conversion date.
Can you help me find a base van?
Yes — we can advise on which vans are best suited to your chosen layout and talk through the strengths and weaknesses of different models.
Do you supply vans for conversion?
Not at this time — you’ll need to provide the van.
What van age and mileage do you recommend?
The newer and lower the mileage, the better within your budget. We also suggest arranging an independent inspection (e.g. through the AA or RAC). Spending a little here can save you a lot in the long run.
Do your conversions come with a warranty?
Yes — every build includes a one-year warranty on our workmanship. Learn More
What is the payment structure?
We divide payments into three equal stages:

The first is due three weeks before your build date so we can order materials.

The second is due on the day work begins.

The final payment is requested one month into the build.
Are deposits refundable?
We take a non-refundable £1,000 deposit to secure your build slot. If your situation changes and you can’t proceed, we’ll advertise your slot and do our best to fill it. If successful, we’ll return your deposit.
Do you create custom layouts?
Unfortunately we don’t – we offer pre-designed layouts only. However, we offer a number of options to customise your layout and make it your own.
Do you take on part conversions?
No, we only do complete conversions from start to finish.
How long does a conversion take?
The timescale depends on the design, but typically our conversions take between 2-3 months.
Will I receive updates during the process?
Yes — before work begins, we’ll set up a WhatsApp group where we can share photos, videos, and progress updates. It’s also a quick way to discuss any design decisions as the build develops.
